Arrow Season 3 Premiere Photos Show Off Arsenal, Ray Palmer, Vertigo and More

The CW have released (via Green Arrow TV) a new batch of photos from the upcoming third season premiere of Arrow.

The images feature the new Count Vertigo, Ray Palmer, a full look at Arsenal's costume and more.
